**NO WEAPONS** No guns, knives or weapons of any kind allowed by Fair Guests on the Fairgrounds, concealed or otherwise, permitted or not. (Only Law Enforcement and members in good standing of the American Legion Post 30 and VFW Post 6073 are authorized to carry on the Fairgrounds.) 

** NO BIKES, ROLLERBLADES, SKATEBOARDS, HOVERBOARDS or “RIDEABLE” ITEMS** Only motorized scooters for handicapped Guests are allowed on Fairgrounds

**OVERLY OFFENSIVE APPAREL WILL NOT BE TOLERATED** This is a family-friendly event. Clothing displaying explicit sexual content or nudity, profanity or vulgar language, graphic violence or gore, illegal drug references or paraphernalia, hate speech, slurs, symbols tied to hate groups, content targeting race, religion, sex or other protected classes will not be tolerated and JCFA has final say in what is determined to be offensive. 

SECURITY: Jackson County Sheriff’s Office and Scottsboro Police Department have authority to issue Trespass Citations and make arrests with assistance from Sheriff’s Reserve Unit on the Fairgrounds and on nearby properties, parking lots, and streets

EXIT GATES: There are two dedicated Exit Gates. Both Exit Gates are monitored to assist with exiting/re-entry.
     Gate #2 Exit: Located on Heroes Drive behind Exhibit Building           (near Veterans Hall)
     Gate #8 Exit: Located on Cecil Street (south of the Concession           Stand)

*Admission Gate & Ride Operating Times are not guaranteed and may be impacted by weather, attendance, and other unforeseen factors. Adverse weather conditions such as lightning and/or high wind will result in rides being shut down for the safety of our Guests.

EXITING & RE-ENTRY: In order to re-enter the same day, you must get a re-entry ticket from an Exit Gate Attendant and return to same Exit Gate to re-enter. Re-entry tickets are good for same day only and ticket colors change daily. Decisions allowing re-entry are at the sole discretion of the Exit Gate Attendants on duty. NO EXCEPTIONS!
